What can I do if my HomeHub shows offline?

If your HomeHub shows offline after successfully paired, the possible causes are as follows:

  1. The Wi-Fi condition is not ideal. HomeHub requires a stable Wi-Fi connection for proper functioning as a Wi-Fi device. If the assigned network is overcrowded or the Wi-Fi is offline, the HomeHub will not communicate with our cloud and show 'Offline' in the App. You may try to reset your local network to solve this issue.
  2. The power supply is not optimal. HomeHub relies on a stable 5V-1A power source to work correctly. Please check the power supply and switch to 5V-1A adapters to solve the issue.

If the situation remains unresolved, please remove the device from your account and pair the HomeHub again.
