Use Google Home Assistant to control Adaprox devices

After the device is successfully paired in the Smart Life app, you can follow the steps below to connect it to the voice control service of Google Home.

Step 1

Bind your device to a HomeHub Bluetooth if it uses Bluetooth as its wireless protocol.

Step 2

Enter the Google Home App and click the + button on the upper-right corner, then click the 'Set up device' button.

Step 3

Tap the "Have something already set up?" button, enter Smart Life in the text field, and search for the action. When the search results are displayed, click the Smart Life button.

Step 4

Enter your Adaprox account and password, then connect the account to Google Home.

Step 5

After your account is successfully linked to Google Home, your Adaprox devices should appear in the device list of the Google Home App.

Step 6

To improve the success rate of Google speech recognition, rename your device to more generally-used phrases (e.g., switch, air-conditioner) in the Smart Life App.

Step 7 (For Fingerbot)

To control Fingerbot via voice, please use the phrase "Turn On" or "Turn Off." For example, "Hey, Google, turn on the bedroom light."
